30 Days of Me: Talent

I feel like the more you guys are getting to know me, you are also starting to see that I have some lame traits. I don't read a lot of books, the fan fiction day stumped me and these next few days are not going to be that great. But here goes...

I don't really have a talent.

I can't fix cars, I'm not particularly good at any sports, I don't know how to play instruments, I'm not an excellent cook.

I do watch Heroes and I wish I had abilities. Does that count?

I think the only thing that could possibly count is that I can hold a conversation about music, any genre. Most movies too. And football with some other sports.

So I can talk about it, but I guess I can't be about it...

  1. Take up knitting. People tell me it's easy but I can't speak from experience because I have the stuff to start but am confused by the pictures tha are supposed to help me. Maybe together we can get one scarf done. With like to strands tied together in a knot. ;)

  3. I'd be willing to bet you have a lot more talants than you give yourself credit for :)

  5. Sara:
my ex-girlfriend knitted. So I think I will stay away from that. But a double teamed scarf? Sounds cool.

    Allison:
Not sure what that means. And since you usually check back, could I get an answer?

    Jaime:
How much would you put on the line?

    @jeanette:
sorry! But the song was ok, that's good right?

  6. I meant because you seem to be good at observing things - discussing them. So you might not be in a rock band but you can write a hell of a review. You want to be a journalist, no? That's your talent. You write.

  7. Haha I wasn't offended, just curious as to what you meant. But thanks for thinking I have something as a talent, especially if I have ridiculous hopes of getting paid for it one day :(

  8. Thanks. For the record, I wasn't offended or anything, just curious. But I hope more people think like you do in case I want to get paid for this one day. A boy can dream, right?

  9. A boy can dream! I just felt like you weren't giving yourself enough credit by saying you had no talents.
