MJ, Warped Tour, and six degrees of TBS

So since I was told, not asked, (which is so much better) to post my show, here it is. I was going to try and write a few things about my days to go with it, but i'm running late. Going to try to be in Crestview tonight and spend the holiday with the sister and brother-in-law (i've decided I need blog nicknames for them).

This is the show: It features an MJ tribute at the beginning (a mix we found a few years back), the first of a few weeks of Warped Tour previews, and a little thing I called six degrees of Taking Back Sunday. It starts with the last few minutes of my roommate's show, then I kick it off. So enjoy:

  2. Another great show from you, Mr O. LOVED that MJ mix you threw in at the beginning - bet you're glad you dug that one up a few years ago. And I know I probably shouldn't say it, but I cracked up so much when your guest 'co-host' kinda blanked everything out for a minute there... So funny! (Although I know you were probably dying a little on the inside - you handled it brilliantly). Well done with all the new stuff you were experimenting with, too. Next week's show's going up, right?

    Have fun with your family this weekend and enjoy.

  4. @jeanette:
    I don't know what you are thanking me for, if you listened to any of it I am thanking you. Is Warped Tour coming near you? And since you seem to be a concert freak, are you going?

    @the girl:
    To have heard that means once again you listened to the whole thing. If you lived within driving distance to me I would be giving you a hug right now. Seriously, knowing that someone will eventually listen makes me want to do better in the studio. And I have to ask, how did you feel about the "harder" songs? Did you still flow to it or did you have to skip it?

    @Melissa
    I think so. My roommate is the very first one to talk (it is his show to start it off) and then I come on and it's all me. Hope you enjoyed what you heard. I remember one year watching fireworks at the Rose Bowl so I hope you have a good weekend as well!

  5. The 'harder' songs were pretty cool - I'll have to admit that it's not what I'd usually listen to, but you know that I'll give pretty much anything a try! I had a great time listening, didn't skip a thing (of course!), and again heard some bands that I'd not listened to before. Well done you and enjoy your holiday.

    PS - pig tail picture is up! HA! And my apologies for the head-hurting post. Blame it on swine flu.
