The 4 Hour Extravaganza

Had a really good weekend so far. Friday, went up to help Jme, with the help of a mutual friend, move into her new apartment (across the street) and then finished today. After helping her, helped another friend move. Both paid us back in food, how nice of them? Anyways, here is the top 3 memorable things to occur from the past 48 hours:

3) Random picture taking (Wordless Wednesday maybe?)

2) Breaking a drum stick on Rock Band

1) Finding out a friend of mine was watching a porn and then realized, when the girl's face was finally shown, that it was his step-sister. Wow. I have no idea what I would do in that situation.

But on to the real reason you clicked on here... The Show:

Breakdown is as follows...

Beginning: Drum N Bass remix and then some old school

33:25 - 1:30:57: Special Guest Setlist (from jeanette at Cooler Ranch of Nacho Cheese?)

1:31:31 - 2:30:10: Setlist dedicated to my brothers

2:30:32 - 3:32:38: Then & Now Setlist

End: Acoustic songs + a few bonus tracks

NOTES

*As with other ones, the volume may be kinda low, so you may have to turn it up.

*This file is REALLY big. So you may need to press play, then pause and then walk away and let it load. Also, it may slow your computer down. It may. Sorry about that.

*At the beginning, I play a Metallica song and the volume goes down. That's because I tried to talk over it but pressed the wrong mic button. So that is why it all the sudden goes down, and then comes back up. Because I am an idiot.

*The hour dedicated to my brothers is kinda harder, with some screamo thrown in. If that's not your thing, skip on (that's why I broke it down)

*At the very end is a shoutout to a very dedicated follower/listener. Is this a cheap way to get her (and anybody else out of curiousity) to listen the whole thing? Yes, and I am ok with that. Little trivia: the recording actually cut out early, so the last two songs I spliced in there. I mean, one of them was the shoutout ;)

So there it is. Listen while you clean the house, read a book, take a bath... whatever. As for me, I am about to go to sleep and wake up to a very lazy Sunday. And I can't wait.

  1. I've always wondered what it would be like to break a drum stick while playing Rockband... I always feel like I'm going to, but I know I'm not hitting it nearly hard enough.

  4. Mr O, you sneaky, sneaky little bugger... I'm a little scared about what I'm going to hear! Haven't had a four-hour time slot free (hahaha, I said 'slot'. I am so mature.) for listening today, but will definitely tune in tomorrow afternoon. Expect a massive comment when I'm done... You know it's coming...

    And loving the classy new layout, by the way. Way to pimp out your blog, my friend!

  8. @lovelila:
    apparently you have to hit at just the right angle, and the right song (mine was Smooth Criminal by Alien Ant Farm)

    @Sarah:
    I can lie about some things, but breaking drum sticks is not one of them, haha, especially when they weren't mine and I felt really bad about it

    @jeanette:
    can't wait for the shipment, and you already listened to some so it's cool if you don't press play. I mean, you had a whole hour that i am thanking YOU for

    @the girl:
    I try to be sneaky when I can. You don't have to listen to it all at once, but you do have to listen to it ;) Ok, you don't really, but you know how it makes me feel when you do :) Thanks for the layout love

    @JennyMac:
    I don't know, but I really like that name. And that you are from the ATL, nice. I don't know about the bad assness, I just have a good time with fake instruments

    @MissH:
    Ha, you are the first one to pick up on that. Apparently broken drumsticks make more of an impact? But to clarify, he was watching it and then realized it was his step-sister (whenever her face finally showed up). Like, a random video of her was on the internet. I forgot to mention that she didn't know it was online either...

    @Jaime:
    Hey, i finally figured out how to follow your new domain name, so i'm all good. You should still try to listen, your computer might be able to handle it. But yea, these music games are addicting. And thanks for the appreciation of the background
