Dear Brandon,
You are joining an elite list. You were always one step away from being mentioned with the Depp's and Rock's of this world. But after tonight's concert, you are officially there.
Maybe it was the acoustic performances of Drive, Talk Shows on Mute and Dig. Maybe it was the way you practically made love to the mic. Maybe it was thousands of kids singing your lyrics with you and you stopping and smiling while we said key phrases. Maybe it's because like in the above picture you wore a shirt that said "Make Believe, Not War."
Either way, you killed it tonight. (honestly, it was your bandmates too, so they get a picture below as well). It was good enough to make the ridiculous Atlanta traffic a little more bearable.
Thank you and welcome to the club.
I've been wishing for years that he'd cut his hair short! Welcome to a state of total hotness Brandon! :P
ReplyDeletehe is in my list..if only!!!
ReplyDeleteHaha You know you've made it when you get one of these posts! Glad you had fun at the concert!
ReplyDeleteGood taste in music AND in man crush choices...amazing! :)
ReplyDeleteI really love that "Make Believe, Not War" shirt on him...such a cute message.
Hope you're having a great weekend!
Did you take that picture up top, or did you bum it off of someone? I guess my real question is, did you buy a camera yet, or are you still slackin? Either way, I'm glad you had a great time, and I hope that you aren't too upset that I have been so busy lately [I will call you back eventually, I swear].
ReplyDeleteI ALMOST went to this concert.
ReplyDeleteBut Our Lady Peace trumps Incubus any day.
@GI:
ReplyDeleteShort hair is definitely a plus. Well, I think I look better that way anyways :)
@missH:

I love that song -- "Love hurts, but sometimes it's a good hurt -- and it feels like I'm alive..."
ReplyDeleteAlso love his tats.
